You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Roomz.rent inc. is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4.3. Payments

All payments for services provided through our platform must be made through the payment methods specified on our platform. Roomz.rent inc. does not process payments directly and is not responsible for any payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.

4.4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by listing or service. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. Roomz.rent inc. is not liable for any losses resulting from cancellations, including but not limited to non-refundable deposits or service fees.

5.1. License to Use Our Platform

Roomz.rent inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomz.rent inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall Roomz.rent inc.’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for using our platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
